  I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in psychology from the University of British Columbia in 2001. I later attended law school at the University of Saskatchewan and graduated with my law degree in 2005. I articled at a full service law firm in the Fraser Valley and remained on as an associate when I was called to the bar in May, 2006. I have extensive experience in both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia in a wide variety of litigation matters; including, chambers hearings and trials. Since joining the Henderson Heinrichs litigation team in May, 2007, I have practiced solely in the area of family law. My practice includes all matters relating to custody, guardianship, access, child and spousal support, property division, and divorce. I further prepare co-habitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and separation agreements. As your advocate, I realize the importance of negotiation in reaching fair and reasonable settlements between you and your spouse. However, I do not back down from challenging unfair arrangements in court which are not in the best interests of the children or my client. Memberships and Affiliations:
